Relish Restaurant & Bar - Addie and Dustin Teague

Our employees had a wonderful time in the kitchen with our friends Addie and Dustin Teague of Relish Restaurant & Bar! Addie, a Houston native, returned home after honing her techniques at the French Culinary Institute in NYC with a vision to create a neighborhood eatery rooted in fine, familiar foods. Alongside her husband Dustin, who brought his extensive catering expertise to the table, they have grown Relish from a quaint pantry into a beloved Houston staple with locations in River Oaks and Memorial City.

We had so much fun mastering the art of the perfect pasta during our session, specifically focusing on their Baked Ziti Pomodoro. We learned the secrets to balancing a bright, authentic pomodoro sauce with the rich, comforting textures of perfectly baked pasta.
