Chicken Fettuccine: Juicy, marinated chicken grilled to perfection and served atop fettuccine tossed in a light cream sauce! Side salads and garlic bread available.

Guest Chef: Bar Bludorn: Whole Roasted Chicken and Port Wine Gravy with Roasted Marbled Potatoes and Root Vegetables

Thursday

Beef Enchiladas: Ground chuck drenched in a homemade enchilada gravy rolled in corn tortillas and topped with more gravy and cheese.

Friday

Chicken Tortilla Soup: Adapted from Defined Dish’s new cookbook Dinner Tonight – Loaded with shredded chicken, onions, carrots, fire roasted tomatoes and lime juice. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
