Monday

Chicken Pot Pie: Our pie is full of roasted chicken, leeks, carrots, peas and mushrooms mixed in a creamy white wine sauce and topped with a puffed pastry crust.

Tuesday

Nonna’s Rigatoni: Italian sausage, mushrooms and peas with rigatoni tossed in a slightly creamy tomato sauce with parmesan cheese.

Carrabba’s Pasta: According to Johnny Carrabba, this recipe happened by accident! But there’s no mistaking how delicious it is! You’re going to fall in love with this decadent combination of perfectly grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms and peas tossed with penne pasta and drenched in a light cream sauce.

Brisket Enchiladas: Slow Roasted Brisket drenched in a homemade enchilada gravy rolled in corn tortillas and topped with more gravy and cheese.

White Chicken Chili: Traditional comfort soup loaded with protein! This soup has it all- scrumptious shredded chicken, mild green chiles, navy beans, garlic and onions. Garnish with your favorite toppings: sour cream, avocado, cheddar cheese and green onions.
