Belong’s amazing GUEST CHEF SERIES continues, and this time, with Chef Aaron Bludorn—executive chef and owner of the Montrose landmark eatery.
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, trained in the Bay Area and New York, Chef Aaron landed in Houston a few years ago and along with his wife, Victoria Pappas Bludorn, has given our city a most fabulous, fun and high-quality dining experience. Our team was all smiles during Chef Aaron’s visit and training. He’s not only a genius in the kitchen, he’s a whole lot of fun to be around! Trust us when we say, you don’t want to miss this month’s featured dish—Bludorn Chili Casserole with Cornbread Crust. It is as delicious as it sounds, y’all!
