Jon has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and is currently Operating Partner of Fleming’s.

Juicy pork tenderloin brined overnight in Fleming’ s special medley of toasted spices then grilled to perfection and basted with a delicious apple cider brown sugar glaze and served over a bed of sautéed jicama. The pork is accompanied with apricot onion infused green beans. This dish is packed full of flavor and sure to please everyone at your table!
